1960s Rosewood COATRACK Mid Century Danish Modern Vintage Eames Panton 50s 70s
It is made of an aluminium structure with 13 hexagonal wood cut outs finished with rosewood laminate. The coat hanger has a top shelf made of two aluminium brackets with two wood planks finished with rosewood laminate. There is a front aluminium rail. There are five removable aluminium double hooks which can be hung on the wood cut outs. There are four cavities at the back of the coat hanger on the aluminium structure so that it can be fixed to a wall. The coat hanger is in very good condition but presents with small chips in the rosewood laminate on the edges of some of the hexagonal wood cut outs. There are also a few age related marks and scratches on the rest of the coat rack (including the aluminium structure). However, these do not interfere in any way with the overall look of the piece. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. However, we will always indicate any noticeable defects.
