1960s Vintage Mid-Century Modernist ESKA SMYTHE Abstract Oil Painting NR.. Although I was able to find several pieces of art by the 1960s artist, Eska Smythe, I was not able to find very much personal information about them. I did find him listed as a 20. Century Paris/Brazil painter, but that's it! Measuring 17" by 23 ½" this mid-century Oil Painting on stretched canvas is signed on the front "Eska" and on the back of the canvas Eska Smythe 362.

In our photographs you can see that the surface of this painting has a very slight yellowing and it could use a cleaning. Also, there are two small tears to the canvas which you can see accented with arrows. There are no other problems or any restorations and you will find that this 1960s Eska Smythe Abstract Painting has been listed without any reserve!
