1970s COATRACK Mid Century TEAK Danish Modern Vintage Eames Panton 60s ca 1975
It is made of an aluminium structure with 12 rectangular wood cut outs finished with teak laminate. There is a top shelf made of two aluminium brackets with two wood batons finished with teak laminate. There is a decorative front chrome rim to the shelf and rail made of a chrome rod. There are six removable aluminium double hooks which can be hung on the wood rectangular cut outs. There are four cavities at the back of the coat hanger on the aluminium structure so that it can be fixed to a wall. There is a manufacturing date at the back of the coat. Rack, it is faint but the year is still visible (1975). The coat hanger is in very good condition but presents with age related scratches on the top shelf. However, these do not interfere in any way with the overall look of the piece. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected.
