A beautiful elegant vintage, believed teak sewing craft, hobby, box standing on four tapered legs. Fully working tambour roll top which runs easy and freely. Inside are the two original compact trays which sit nicely on the top.

To find a box in this condition with the original trays, no doubt as you are aware is rare. Height 56cm Length 56cm Depth 33cm This is mid century retro, circa 1950s and in nice useable condition, there are the odd age related marks to the varnish which is to be expected from a piece potentially approaching 70 year old. Can be used for a variety of uses, a beautiful piece, with flowing lines, and a joy to look at , definitely a conversation piece.

The four legs are attached to the body by two screws each. These will be removed for courier dispatch. Easy to re attach with a flat head screwdriver. Idea for any vintage or country themed room or display.
