Very retro style design features. This set is exhibiting mid century modern. Nice original condition not perfect but still ok for a 60 year old vintage in and out. The cabinet Exhibits a gleaming original Cream and Salmon orange finish and will display and play with pride in any retro setting! The control knobs exhibit no fade on each knob from years of use. Has a 5 tube clean ac/dc chassis. This radio chassis has been restored at some point and will sell AS IS AS FOUND , has very nice sounding clean tube audio and picks up stations all across the dial. The radio is switched on by using the control on the clock to the radio on position to turn the set on! The power cord is original and safe for use. Certainly not a perfect radio cosmetically but very obscure and still displays very well considering! Nice "Atomic Age" modernistic obscure model Admiral mostly seen as radio only without a clock!
