Classic BRAUN HL1 Desk Fan REINHOLD WEISS Germany Modernist Vintage 70s 80s Era
Braun HL1 Personal Desk Fan designed by Reinhold Weiss in 1961. The motor casing is made of off white plastic with a chrome rim separating the motor casing from the fan head. There is a light grey plastic lever switch on the casing to select speed. The blades are made of cream plastic and protected by a Perspex casing. The fan is fitted to chrome stem and metallic foot lacquered beige. The Desk Fan is in very good and in full working order. This is a 220-240 Voltage fan (UK, mainland Europe Australia etc).

The Braun HL1 was made famous by its apparition in the film Blade Runner it was used in Deckards apartment... Approximate Diameter (without Perspex casing): 6cm/2.4.
