For your consideration is original Memphis Milano fabric designed by Ettore Sottsass. The name of this pattern is Rete and it is a 100% polished cotton print. The iconic Rete pattern was used on a number of Sottsass furniture pieces in the form of plastic laminate.
It is also used on the cover of a well-known book about Memphis design. This new old stock fabric was stored in a private collection since the early 1980's and was rediscovered by us.
