Huge Antique Vtg Art Deco Cherry Amber Bakelite Graduated Necklace 92 grams
Huge antique art deco cherry amber bakelite graduated necklace. Tests positive for bakelite using simichrome polish. The necklace is quite long approx. 840 mm and heavy (weights about 92 grams). The biggest bead is about 30 x 18 mm big, the smallest bead is about 12 x 8 mm.
The condition is excellent vintage with no damage... Please see the pictures for close-ups. The spring ring clasp works perfectly, the string is a bit loose and the necklace would benefit from restringing but it is not necessary. Overall fantastic old bakelite necklace with huge beads..
The color is fantastic rich cherry amber with slight marbling in some beads.. (see the pictures of the necklace against the sun light).
