Appears to be all original. Flag and hinge in excellent condition. Original mid-century-style mailbox (Chevron shaped) in excellent condition.

Black with red flag; hinges in perfect condition. Original paint still has shine. Straight from a basement in a 1960's suburb of Minneapolis. Stamped "APPROVED BY THE US POSTMASTER GENERAL" on the door.
