The set was re-painted an ivory and red color a few years back and just over the dial at position is a slight rough crazing area that is hardly noticed very minor in nature and do not detract from the beauty of this radio or the operation and performance of it! Original factory paint was a very bland ivory color and loaded with chips, thus a re-paint was in order to give the radio new life. This model came in ivory and brown bakelite from the factory! The gorgeous deco dial is illuminated when the radio is in operation, with sparkling clean deco red knobs. The original back fits solid!

This radio has a 5 tube chassis and is very clean with no rusting and restored with a modern day line cord with a period style plug end. This set is exhibiting beautiful "retro" condition for a 66 year old vintage and plays as good as it looks.
