Pair Vintage 1950s Mid Century Spun Aluminum Copper Colored Sconces Atomic Retro
These great Mid Century Modern sconces came to me via a salvage in the Twin Cities. They are fabricated of a copper colored spun aluminum.
Shades are pierced and will throw off a cool glow when lit. These will come to you rewired with new switches, finial and mounting bracket/bolt. Backplate measures 4 7/8 dia, light 8"h x 6"w x 8-9 1/2 projection.
Some minor surface scratches on both and a deeper scratch on one where the finish is gone. Overall though, they are in good condition considering their age. One light has some very mild corrosion on the back of the shade and on the stem (not super noticeable). Did I mention that these pivot?
