The skirt is wide pleated above the knee length, and classically cocktail in spirit. The wide covered buckle belt is completely removable (no belt loops) as the dress looks perfect with or without it (shown here with out the belt). This perfect simple black dress can be worn a zillion ways. Add a Bonnie Bolero, or add a Courtney jacket for chic black sophistication. Add a vintage rhinestone broach at the shoulder and a wide red patent belt for a night on the town. 33 long from shoulder to hem.
