This is a rare 1950'S vintage aluminum 7-UP cooler, made by Quality Cronstroms Service Manufacturing INC, Minneapolis, Minnesota. It has a sticker with the ALCOA BRAND NAME FOR THE ALUMINUM USED IN ITS MANUFACTURE. Vintage Cronstroms 7up Ice Chest. Has some dents and scuffs, especially on the top - I think it was used as step ladder- inside is nice and seal is working. This cooler is corrosion free, and does not leak. I tested it for 2 hours by filling it with water up to the hinges, AND NO PROBLEMS. It has 2 handles, one on each end with locking clasps and a bottle opener. This cooler has its drain plug as well. The 7UP logo is embossed on the front and back- it is clean and crispy.

This cooler measure's 24" in Length including the bottle openers, 13" in width, and 13 in height. Inside measurements are 19.75 long x 10.75wide x 10.5 deep. Good vintage condition, complete with drain cap, chain has come off the cap. Rubber gaskets are pliable, latches work, dented top, dents on the sides and bottom plus scuffs from a cooler with may hunting and camping trips still ready to go a testament to Cronstroms Quality construction.

It is vintage and shows age and use such as scuffs and surface scratches. PLEASE ZOOM ON ALL THE PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILS.
