Vintage Mcintosh Teak Danish 1970s Sideboard. Retro Mid Century G Plan Vodder
A simply stunning 1970s Mcintosh teak Danish-style sideboard. A very rare design from Mcintosh, it's labeled inside the red velvet lined drawer, let me know if you need photos of it.
A stunning design, with great lines, the solid teak handles are beautifully styled, very organic and sculptural looking. The sideboard sits on beautifully styled solid teak sled legs. The sideboard is in very good to excellent vintage condition, and has been loved and well cared for, it's really clean and looks great. The joints are all good and solid, the teak is very good with strong colour and grain. The grain to the top and front of the piece is stunning.
The middle drawer is lined in red velvet and the cabinet doors open and close smoothly. The sideboard sits well and has no wobbles.
The top is in very good condition, it's been cleaned and re-oiled and looks perfect with no issues, nothing detracting as you can see from the photos, just the usual slight signs of use as this is a vintage piece. The piece as been very well cared for and looks fantastic. A great piece with high very quality craftsmanship.Great size with plenty of storage. 200cm wide x 82cm high x 49cm deep As with all mid century and vintage furniture there will be very slight signs of use.
