Vintage MID Century Retro French Wooden Floor Standing Sewing Craft Storage Box
Mid 20th Century solid wood French floor standing sewing box. A fantastic find, this useful storage box has a copper handle and legs with ball feet.
The double hinged lid opens to reveal one large and three smaller compartments, with copper storage pegs and a green leather scissor holder on each side. A wooden runged base tray offers more storage space. Dimensions - 51cm height x 42cm width x 28cm depth (at furthest points) / Weight 3kg. In good used vintage condition, with surface marks associated with this.
There is a rung missing from one end of the bottom storage tray as shown. Each scissor holder has come loose from one of the end fixing pegs but are still fixed firmly in place and perfectly functional. The hinges are in good order.
