VINTAGE Retro ELGIN Mid-Century Sunburst Starburst Clock not working
This is a vintage Elgin brand clock, does NOT work as of now, not sure if it can be fixed, I know nothing about clocks, measures 24 from longest point to longest point, has the original battery compartment but it is not working. Looks like someone tried to get it to work, some melting of the plastic by the one terminal.
The face is in good condition, I took off the second hand and attached it to a price of cardboard because I didnt want it to break, it was kind of flimsy. The bursts have some rust, inside and out, more on the inside than the outside, the inside of the round piece has rust. Some discoloration on the outside metal piece that goes around the dial, I tried to photograph all the issues, if you want more photos please feel free to message me!
