Vintage, retro, mid Century Nathan Furniture Drink Cabinet
Vintage, retro, mid Century Nathan Furniture Drink Cabinet. This is a great compact unit that stands 98cm high and 62cm wide so ideal for a smaller room or someone who doesnt want a major big bar unit in their house but still wants a unit that is capable of holding a good range of bottles, glasses and bar materials and also has the original locking key, quite unusual to find the key to this unit after some decades of use. This has been well looked after and shows very little wear for the year, there are some minor marks to the top of the unit but nothing that isnt expected from an item of age.
I do personally like items to show a bit of wear but please zoom into the pictures closely so you can see the condition yourself. There is a bulb attached on the inside top of the unit but the wire has been cut at the back.It would need re wiring to confirm to electrical standards. The top has a nicely shaped glass shelf that is edged in brass metal. The pull down door is strong enough to hold your drinks tray and handy for pouring your drinks out for serving. The bottom unit has a brass lock on the left door, inside there are shaped shelves to either side that mirror the glass shelf in the upper unit. This has a lock with original working key.
Overall a great unit of age but one thats been well looked after. I have a private courier who does the midlands area then use Shipley for further afield.
