This listing includes FREE UK P&P. This is really stylish mid century pendant light fitting in red enamelled metal with cream interior to reflect the light. It would look great in any mid century modern style room, and would look just as stunning in a minimalist modern setting as an original mid-century garet. I can imagine it over a beautiful sleek, teak dining table just as easily as an industrial chic kitchen or even a cafe, bar or restaurant.

The bulb fitting takes a standard size screw in European style E27 bulb and looks particularly great with a large globe bulb. It comes with its original clear flex but it is untested, though I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. It will need either a professional electrician or a confident DIYer to fit.

If you have any concerns about safety you should also get it PAT tested. Should there be any issues, the person who is fitting it should be able to rewire it fairly easily. A wonderful gift for anyone with a flare for decor, and an ideal prop for a period theatre, film, TV production or even photoshoot. A stunning decorators piece, it is really magical how a statement light fitting like this can transform the whole look of a room.

In VERY GOOD vintage condition with only very minor signs of age and wear. It has not been tested and could potentially need rewiring. It will need a professional electrician or confident DIYer to install it, and should be fairly simple to rewire should it need it. Please remember it is at over 40 years old and has been used in the past.
