The ring features a 9mm round shape cabochon cut synthetic Ruby. You are going to love this Retro Ring with red cabochon stone and decorative Mid Century setting. The ring is crafted in solid 14K Rose Gold. The ring has a 4 hallmark on the outside shank, it's also been acid tested 14K. The ring measures 10mm tall with a 7mm rise off the finger and tapers to a 3mm shank.
