These are a pair of very stylish and hip Antique Vintage Mid Century Modern Abstract Cubist Music Paintings or Lithograph prints (2) on paper, depicting cubistic and abstracted musical instruments. The first image appears to be a trumpet, while the other one appears to be a guitar.
These works exude the classic Mid Century Modern aesthetic of the 1950's and carry a powerful visual presence. These pieces both appear to be unsigned, but perhaps you recognize the artist or their work? It looks as if they are paintings when viewed up close, but they may be a type of detailed lithography. Approximately 15 1/2 x 39 1/2 inches including frame. Actual artworks are approximately 11 x 35 inches.
Good condition for age and storage, with some mild edge wear and paint loss to the original period frames, some spots of dirt and debris inside of the frames, and some waviness to the edges of the paper canvas which is not visible when hung please see photos.
