Nice Fantasia Products fiber optic rotating lamp - BASE ONLY (no fiber spray). The color wheel rotates fine and the cooling fan spins. 14.5" tall x 10" wide. 6.5' cord with inline switch. There are mars/scuffs, and a little paint overspray to the surface consistent with age and storage (in normal lighting conditions they aren't too noticeable).
