Georges Briard Rare Chip & Dip Snack w Double Toothpick Holder Gold Crown MCM. This complete set is in great condition. The design features a gold crown medallion that is repeated 3 times around the large chip bowl. "Georges Briard" is signed under one of the medallion. A vertical array of gold leaves separates the 3 medallions.
The crown and leaf array is repeated in the dip bowl. A gold tone double toothpick and bowl holder rests perfectly on the large bowl. In excellent condition for its age.
The only wear I see is on the gold gilding where some areas have faded. This is most prevalent on the dip bowl (see the wear on the crown at the bottom of the dip bowl). Very little wear on the large bowl. And some discoloration on the toothpick holder. Please see the last 3 pictures for these disclosures. No cracks, chips, or hard water staining on the glass. Large bowl is about 10" rim diameter, 4.25" tall. Small bowl is about 4.75" rim diameter at widest part, 2.75" tall at tallest part.
