Starting from the backside where the cord emerges, the first section to the right has a 3" tile piece missing at the top, next section to that there is a 1" tile piece missing at the bottom, 3 sections from this there is a 1 tile piece missing at the top.
The ones at the top could be hidden by the lamp shade (not provided). Remaining tile pieces are secure. 2 prong cord is in good shape, flexible and without cracking on the plastic coating. Measures 39" to finial and 7 1/2" wide at the base.
