Viking Swung Glass 17 Ruby Red & Persimmon Four-Finger Vase. Viking Glass vases of this type practically define the 1960s aesthetic. Using the swung glass technique, creating the elongated appearance, the company produced thousands of variations using a standard set of colors.

I've rarely encountered an example like this, which includes both ruby as the base and persimmon for the edges of the four fingers at the top. Though it stands approximately 17 tall, it also has a stouter appearance than many others of comparable height, particularly due to the pedestal base.
