Vintage 1960s Mid Century Modern BULOVA M9 Accutron Watch 14KT Gold Filled Case
Authentic, Vintage 1960s, MCM, BULOVA M9 Accutron Date/Time Watch. Patented 14KT Gold Filled Case. I believe that this was one of the early accutron watches by Bulova, probably made around 1964. This particular model is quite rare, as it has the crown at the "3 O'clock" position, where as most are at the 4 position. It has normal scratches/wear for its age, the glass case has two small cracks, and presently, it is not working. With a little TLC, you could have one of the most futuristic timepieces of its period, that helped revolutionize watchmaking. At the time, it was compared to a Rolex.
