Vintage 60's Mid Century Modern Chrome 5 Bulb 3-Way Globe Waterfall Table Lamp. Lamp can turn on with 2, 3 or 5 bulbs on at a time. The 2nd & 3rd bulb from the bottom fits, screws in fine, turns on & off, but just sits a little loose. Not as tight as the other bulbs. No cover on the bottom, please see picture.
