Vintage BUTTERFLY Pendant Lars Shiøler HOYRUP Mid Century Danish Modern 60s 70s
The Butterfly pendant designed by Lars. For Hoyrup Lighting a/s, Denmark. This is the larger 55cm size, in white (note, the box appears to display an orange lamp, but this one is indeed white). The lampshade is made of fifteen PVC plastic square sections, that are folded and slotted together to create a decorative shade.
The sections are held in place by two circular iron wire rings/brackets. The lamp is in good condition. Note: does not come with light/electrical components - this is just the plastic slats, and the metal rings. Approximate weight packed: 2.0kg. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected.
