Vintage Lefton Pink Poodle Chef Jam Jar. The Holy Grail of anthropomorphic animals. The time has come to finally part with my beloved pink poodle chef collection (please also see my other listings). These come up for sale so rarely - Im sure I will have regrets! Simply marked Japan but it is widely accepted that these were produced by Lefton.
Well, they couldnt all be basically flawless - the jam jar has a chip on the attached base plate as seen as well as a small flea bite next to it and an even smaller flea bite on the hat. Some crazing as to be expected with these Japanese ceramics. I suppose I may have missed another very small fleabite somewhere, but I think if youre okay with the chip I cant imagine you being too thrown off.
