Signed at bottom Hal Singer. Singer (1919 - 2003) is known primarily for oil and watercolor paintings. Examples of his work in ceramics are extremely hard to come by. Excellent vintage condition with little to no signs of age or wear. Dimensions are in photos, please examine same for condition.
