Metals: nitric acid tested 14k gold. Markings: hallmark is smudged, we can still make out 14k, ring was also tested with nitric acid.
Gemstones: opals - three cabochon cut opals approximately 3mm each. Gemstones measured and graded while set subject to mounting limitations. Opal photos taken with fluorescent lighting to show off full play of color. Ring Dimensions: ring top 21x8.5mm, wide base of the shank 2mm wide.
Ring Size: 6.25-6.5. Condition: item in very good estate condition. Items included: a lovely new ring box.
