It doesn't have a name on it other than Germany on the bottom of the face. It has a very good Elgin movement in it that works great. I'm pretty sure it is a Welby made by Elgin.

It measures 29 in diameter. It is in very good condition other than some wear on the brass colored rods. If you have any questions please contact me.
